Our Staff Development Department at UNC Health Lenoir is structured to meet the interprofessional demands of a rural healthcare facility.

  • PACE is a clinical advancement program designed to showcase excellence in performance and engagement for RNs at UNC Lenoir. Advancement is associated with pay increases.​

• Tuition Reimbursement​

  • Tuition Reimbursement is available to eligible team members at UNC Health Lenoir.​

• Scholarships

  • To promote education, we provide access to several scholarship opportunities such as a RN-BSN scholarship for UNCW and discounts with private institutions for higher learning.​

• Student Experiences

  • Shadow experiences are offered for multiple specialties at UNC Health Lenoir. We function as a clinical site for training for a variety of professions: Phlebotomy, Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Respiratory, Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapists.​
